Q: Do I need to install an app?
A: No app is required! It works right out of the box. But some versions may support music control via Bluetooth if you'd like to sync with your phone.

Q: Is it safe for kids?
A: Yes! It’s made with durable, soft-touch materials and can be used by both kids and adults. Just mount it at the right height.

Q: Does it come with gloves?
A: Gloves are optional. You can purchase the Glove Bundle for added protection and comfort, especially for extended workouts

Q: How is it powered?
A: Hadéran BeatBox™ is USB rechargeable — no batteries needed! Just plug it in, charge, and you’re ready to punch.

Q: How do I mount it on the wall?
A: It comes with a wall-mounting kit and instructions. Setup takes about 5–10 minutes and works on most flat surfaces.

Q: How long is the delivery?
A: Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link once your order ships.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product in its original condition for a full refund. Just contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
